Tai Chi, almost done
Nov. 28th, 2006 09:52 pmTonight in Tai Chi we learned the last two forms to complete the 24 forms. It actually does feel like completion after adding those last two.
I only have one more week of class left. I feel good about completing it this time. It really bothered me when I dropped it last year. There have been too many things over the years that I have started and never finished. Now I just have to find motivation to do it every day. I definitely feel better physically and mentally when I do. I know that it would be best to do it in the morning before work, but I am not at my most coordinated then, and it ends up feeling rather disjointed. Evenings are frequently too rushed. Maybe I can find a quiet place to do it during lunch at work. The instructor has said that we are free to drop in to the advanced class any time next quarter for practice, motivation, and further instruction. I may do that some.
